How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 7 days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order:
After your order is packed and ready, we’ll send a tracking number via email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on usps.com using the tracking number provided via email at the time of shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, modifications may not be possible once the order is sent to our print partner.
Tip: Review your order carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.
What should I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately via email. We’ll try to update it before the order ships. Once your package is dispatched to USPS, you’ll need to contact them directly for assistance.
Important: Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for items sent to an incorrect address.
What if my package is marked as 'Delivered' but I can’t find it?
If your package shows as 'Delivered' but hasn’t arrived:
- Check around your delivery area.
- Confirm the shipping address you provided.
Packages may sometimes be marked 'Delivered' a day or two early. If the package is still missing after three days, contact USPS to file a claim.

What should I do if my package is stuck "in transit"?
If your package remains "in transit" for an extended period, contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 for updates. While we’re happy to assist where possible, please note that Tap Cube Studios cannot control shipping delays once the package is with USPS.
